Very good taste of North Indian style food! We loved the Tandoori Chicken Tikka, paneer Lababdar. We went for dinner, wait time was 30 minutes, but it was worth the wait. Friendly staff and great overall service. Will visit again to try variety of options from their menu!!

Much needed place in Plano area .. found it very authentic serving very similar taste to what I had in Amritsar. We tried bread pakoda, Amritsari fish , Amritsari kulche with chole, keema kulcha and tea. Bread pakoda was ok , Amritsari fish well coated crispy and fresh from inside . Kulcha with white butter and chole took me back to Amritsari. Chai was served in Punjabi style in a glass . Everything including chai was made on fresh to order. They have many curry option we will be trying next time. For us visiting this place we will have two things permanent kulcha or stuffed paratha and Amritsari fish.

Good Punjabi food. Amritsari Spl Kulcha was good. Mutton/Bakra Tari Wala was good. Tandoori items were good - family platter. Bread basket was plenty Limited seating so there can be a wait. Careful when you ask for spicy.

We decided on a Sunday evening whim that we wanted to try authentic Punjabi dishes and one name kept popping up in our Google searches - Chandigarh Bites. So we decided to drive all the way to Allen to give it a try. First some not so good : the place is hole in the wall and seating for dining is very limited and on the extremely cold nights like it was on the eve we went , there were very few corners inside where you could not feel the draft ! But once you got over this, everything else is wonderful! We decided to order - to go and though they were flooded with customers and orders over the phone, they did get us our order in quick time! The wait staff was very courteous and every customer was treated pleasantly and with respect. Now about the food they serve : true blue Punjabi fare from the City of Chandigarh in India, focusing on snack items and popular dishes like Choley Poori/ Bhatura and similar items. They do make non veg dishes and regular main meal dishes as well and every dish is made fresh and has the most authentic taste and flavor! We tried their veg items this time but plan to revisit soon to try out their non veg dishes separately. Prices are slightly steep but given the quality and quantity, the food served here is great value for money ! Oh and they also do catering to parties at home and we could see the owner discussing details of a catering for birthday party very intently with a potential customer. Do try them one, dine in or takeout or catering for a party , veg or non veg, snacks items or for lunch or dinner, you will come back for more! Like us!

I recently visited Chandigarh Bites and tried the Amritsari Kulcha, Aaloo Paratha, and Mango Lassi. The taste was amazing and had authentic Punjabi flavors — the food is especially delicious with the butter. The restaurant is a bit small with limited seating, so the wait time can be longer. It’s best to reach about 30 minutes early. Overall, great food and worth the visit!

Absolutely loved our experience at Chandigarh bites in Allen, Texas! We ordered kulcha chole, makki di roti & saag, tea, and papdi chaat. The kulcha chole and makki di roti with saag were a solid 10/10 — incredibly authentic and full of flavor, just like back home. The tea was perfect as well. The papdi chaat was around 7/10, but honestly, that’s only because the rest of the food was so authentic and outstanding that it completely stole the spotlight. Portion sizes and quality were beyond expectations, and the customer service was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and attentive. This is definitely going to be one of our regular spots. Highly recommend!

Lovely food and good service made this place worthwhile. While the seating space is limited, the food makes up for the wait. We loved the Amritsari Kulcha, the daal, the garlic Naans. The roti should have had a bit more salt and we wished the glass of lassi were served full. Some combos are totally worth.

I visited Chandigarh Bites during a work trip to Texas and had a great experience. Special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Pannu, Yash, Sonal, Sourav, and Chef Sarjit (apologies if I mispronounced your name) for their warm hospitality. After a long time, I finally enjoyed authentic Punjabi food. I tried the Amritsari Chole with Kulcha and later the vegetarian lunch thali — both were fresh, full of flavor, and truly satisfying. If you are looking for real Punjabi Indian food, this is the place to visit. Friendly people, welcoming service, and food that speaks for itself. I wish the team all the best and hope to see this restaurant succeed.
